Well done to G7 on reaching the Summer League Class 7 finals played in Sutton vs Elm Park 3 on Saturday. This team had a fantastic campaign, grew stronger and more confident every week and saw off some very stiff competition to make it to the final. No mean feat! On the day, it couldn’t have been closer and it went down to the wire with thrilling tennis on view. Elm Park pipped us at the post with only a few points in it. Our girls can be very proud of their achievement, not only getting to the final but on gaining the all important promotion to class 6 for next year. Go Glenageary!
