Due to huge demand Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Sports Partnership are starting a second "CouchTo2K" activity progamme on the 4th of May for 4 weeks. Attached is a flyer with information on this FREE initiative to help those looking to return to exercise. Registration is through Eventbrite, but please register early as we imagine this programme will again get booked up quickly!

Taking up jogging can seem like a daunting prospect especially if you feel out of shape or unfit. The Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Sports Partnership team would like to help people achieve their goals by bringing them through our 4 week plan. This programme is a mix of walking & jogging to gradually build up your fitness and stamina. Once registered on Eventbrite we will send on the weekly plan, with a short video of a warm up/ cool down and helpful tips. We will also regularly check in either by email or phone to see how participants are getting on.
