The new court booking system from ClubManager365 is now live!

Book a Court

 

Welcome to the new Glenageary LTC Court Booking System brought to you by ClubManager365.

Here are a few basics you should know to get you started with the new system.

  1. How do I access the court booking system?
    Click on the Book a Court option on the website main menu, or on the Book a Court image on the left hand side of the home page. This screen is then displayed.

     

     

    You can also access court booking from SmartClub Cloud where you go to top up your fob.
  2. What is my username and password for ClubManager365?
    If you have previously used SmartClub Cloud to top up your fob for the floodlights, then you will use the same username and password. Otherwise, providing you have given the club an email address, you should have received an email containing your username. If you did not receive such an email and don't already know your username, please contact Catherine Byers (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) to request a username. If you know your username, but don't know your password, just press Forgot Password on the top right of the screen and follow the instructions to reset your password.

     

  3. How do I book a court?
    • Click on the arrow to the right of the date to select which day you want. The booking sheet for that day is displayed and you can either scroll up-down to see all the times, or select When to narrow down your search to Morning, Afternoon, or Evening.
    • Now click on the court and start-time that you want to book. Note, courts are bookable on the half hour from 9am to 7pm on courts 1 and 2 and from 9am to 7.30pm on courts 4 to 9. After those times, courts are bookable in pre-set 90-minute slots.
    • If you have selected a half hour slot, you can extend your booking to 90 minutes by pressing the Extend button twice.
    • You can select your opponent(s) from the list of members by pressing Opponents and using the filter to find other players. Selected opponents will be notified by email of the booking, but it is not mandatory to know your opponents at the time of booking.
    • You can also select the Match Type from a drop-down list if you wish.
    • You also have an option to broadcast your booking to a list of potential players - your Playlist. This is a previously configured group of members that you play with regularly. Each member of the Playlist gets an invite to play. To respond, they log in to ClubManager365 and Accept or Reject the invitation. Places are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

     

     

  4. How do I change or cancel a booking?
    Your bookings are displayed on the right of the screen above the courts. Select a booking by pressing the Actions button. You then have the option to Invite Others (if you have not already done so), Cancel the booking, or Edit the booking. Note, you cannot change the time of a booking. You must first delete the incorrect booking and then add a new one.

     

  5. How do I accept an invitation to play?
    You can accept an invitation by logging into the site. You should see a speech bubble next to the sign out link indicating that you have a new message.
     

    Click that and you will see a pop out message asking you to accept or reject the invitation:
